These peppers have the taste, thick flesh and crunchiness of the Mexican "Jalapeno", but have lost their spiciness. They are therefore sweet peppers. They are ideal for stuffing or frying for a few minutes in oil. An early variety with a high yield!
Sow in pots in a warm place at the beginning of March. Plant outdoors from 20 May in a sheltered location 40x40 cm apart. Tie the plant to a stake. The green (or red) fruits are harvested from August to October. The plant does not tolerate frost.
