Our favourite spinach makes you healthy and strong! The dark-green leaves of Winter Giant are productive and hardy. It is not only healthy to eat, but great for the soil health. It creates a ground cover for garden beds during the cold season and after, the extra vegetation serves as green manure.
Sow in late July to late August and then March to mid-April. Space rows 20 cm apart. Harvest 2–3 times per planting.
