This beautiful and closed head has bright green leaves. It gives a very pleasant taste to all your salads and mixes. It also holds well in the open field during mild winters until springtime.
Sow from June 20 to mid-July into seedling trays. Transplant out to the field in late July to early August at a distance of 40 ✕ 30 cm. Trim roots and leaves before transplanting and make sure there is sufficient moisture during the growth phase. Endive loves nutrient-rich soil.
