The perennial flax "Alpine sapphire" is a variety that grows wild in the Alps. This elegant plant is distinguished by its brilliant sapphire-blue flowers, which seem to shine like jewels against its grey-green foliage. To grow perennial flax, sow the seeds in the ground from mid-April to the end of May to a depth of 0.3 cm. Space the rows 10 cm apart, leaving 1 cm between each seed on the row. Broadcast sowing is also possible.
