The cory surface skin of this bell pepper from Kosovo gives it its name. But on the inside, the slight sharpness gives it its rich flavour for which it is famous. Sow in early March into pots in a warm place. Transplant into the field from May 20 into a cold frame or protected area at 40 ✕ 40 cm spacing. Keep free of frost.
