The eggplant "White ball" is a remarkable variety, distinguished by its large, elongated, completely white fruits. Its large, vigorous plants have upright leaves. They are also adorned with numerous flowers, heralding an abundant harvest. Beware: the plant will want to protect its fruit with the thorns on its leaves! Harvesting takes place from August to September, giving you a generous harvest season. Plants can reach 100 cm in height.
Sow early into seedling trays by the end of February. Keep them in a warm place protected from frost. Transplant into the field after May 20 at a distance of 60 cm on all sides. In a greenhouse you may sow from the beginning of May. Always pinch off the first set of flowers to encourage sturdy stalks and deep roots.
